Kindergarten FUTURUM

The topic of this bachelor´s thesis is design of a newly-built kindergarten FUTURUM based on architectural study made in my 5th term of bachelor´s study in the subject AG034 Architectural Design Studio 4 – Interior and Architectural Space. The project consists of construction study and realisation documentation. Two-storey kindergarten with 2 classrooms is situated in quarter Brno-Stránice near Brno city centre. The building is a part of complex of Christian grammar and primary school “Cyrilometodějské gymnázium a ZŠ“. The idea of project is to use local materials and renewable energy sources; local construction companies to be involved in realisation, to make a comfortable architectural space for education and self-development of new generation and encourage them to overcome fears, defy limitations and start thinking creatively. In symbols, it reacts to the influence of pandemic and hectic lifestyle on children´s psyche and sketches guidance to life with God in accordance with Christian values and ethic at this kindergarten. The newly-built object is located in the middle flat part of a plot, southwestern and northeastern part is sloped. It is block-shaped with lateral axis parallel with street Havlíčkova. There is a block cut out of the main block in eastern upper edge (terrace) and in the southern lower part (recessed entrance). The main entrance to a cantilever in the 2nd floor is from Havlíčkova Street over the footbridge on subtle columns. There are offices of director, teachers, isolation occasionally used for speech therapy, terrace, play room, sleeping room, locker room and washroom. On the 1st floor, there is another play room with facilities, technical and other facilities. Food will be cooked and delivered from school kitchen. Entrance from school grounds is nearby. Bidirectional wall slab structural system is made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete. Foundations too due to low load-bearing capacity of subsoil. Flat green roof has an internal drain.
Static solution of the ceiling structure of apartment building

The Bachelor thesis deals with the static solution of the ceiling construction of an integrated apartment building. The aim is to design, or change the sizes of the projected structures in the submitted project, to ensure the interruption of thermal bridges and protection against foot noise. Subsequently, their static solution, dimensioning and assessment to marginal states. The elements intended for the solution are ceiling structures above the second upper floor, beams, a connecting staircase and a column. The calculation of internal forces was performed in the student version of SCIA Engineer 20.0 with a comparison of values on an independent simplified model. The work also includes drawing documentation for the aforementioned elements. The calculation was carried out according to the applicable standards and principles.
Multifunctional building Brno - Líšeň

The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to create the documentation for building permission for polyfunctional building located in Brno-Líšeň. Building has four floors and two underground floors. On the ground floor are two leasable spaces (shops). In the 2-4 upper floor are also leasable spaces (doctors, offices). In the first underground floor is cafe. It's in the west part of the building. The rest of that floor is leasable space. In the second underground floor are parking spaces. The entrance to the 2nd underground floor is secured by outdoor ramp located on the north side of the building connected to the main road. Structural system of building is cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame. The roofs of the building are all designed as warm flat roofs. Object is based on simple foundation pads and strip foundations.
Diagnostics of Reinforced Concrete Bridge

This thesis contains diagnostics of a reinforced concrete girder bridge in the municipality of Újezd u Brna. The aim is to conduct an inspection of the bridge, gather quality photo-documentation of defects and failures and design and conduct a diagnostic examination of such extent that would be necessary for judging the load bearing capacity of the bridge. The result of this thesis is the determined load bearing capacity and a proposal of measures required to keep the bridge functional.
REALIZATION OF A RESIDENTIAL BUILDING IN UHERSKE HRADISTE

The subject of this master’s thesis is elaboration of selected parts of the building tech-nology project of residential building Stepnice in Uherske Hradiste. Part of the project is technical report, estate road layout, studies of major technological stages, project of site equipment, design of major machines and mechanisms, technological regulations and control and test plans for prefabricated ceiling and masonry system. Attachment of this master´s thesis is drawings of site equipment, selected construction details, working safety, instructions for using the building, budget by items and a time plan. The aim of the project is to design appropriate and economically effective procedure for realization of the building.
Reinforced concrete lookout tower

The diploma thesis is focused on structural design and assessment of lookout tower. The elements of the lookout tower are made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete except for the stair flight, which is made of prefabricated reinforced concrete. The output of the diploma thesis is a structural design report and drawings of the shape and reinforcement. The calculations were performed using Dlubal RFEM 5.26.02. The drawings was processed by AutoCAD 2020 with the RECOC extension.
Police district department of the Czech Republic, Brno-Černovice

The subject of the master thesis is design of a new detached office building for public administration of Czech Republic Police as a district department in Brno-Černovice. It is presented as a form part of project documentation for a building construction. The building has a cellar and two above-ground floors. It is founded on a strip foundation and pads. The building is roofed by green roof. There are office rooms, sanitary facilities, archives, interrogation rooms, pre-trial detention cells, garages, storage rooms and dog cages in the above-ground part. In the basement, there are technical facilities and shooting range backround. Structural system of the building is wall longitudinal masonry system from clay blocks. The ceiling structure is from cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The part of the building is with ventilated facade a nd rest is insulated with contact thermal insulation.
Preparation for the implementation of the lower building of the pension in Opava

The bachelor's thesis deals with the implementation of a substructure of a guest house in Opava. This building, founded in complex foundation conditions, is composed of five floors without a basement. The house is based on piles, which support the foundation strips. Part of the rough substructure is also an installation channel, made in the form of a watertight concrete structure. This work contains a technical report, the situation of the construction with wider relations of transport routes, a detailed statement of acreage, technological regulation for earthworks and foundation, drawing and report of construction site equipment, time schedule, machine design, control and trial plan, safety and health at work, schematic procedures of earthworks and foundations, as well as item budget.
Assessment of Reinforced Concrete Elements

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is the analysis of internal forces design and assessment of the reinforced concrete loadbearing elements. Staircase, floor slab and window header of a detached house with supporting masonry walls are designed in the thesis. In the project of the floor slab the occur of a thermal bridge is taken into account. To prevention of thermal bridge are used systematic elements. To analysis internal forces on the structure Finite Element Method in the SCIA Engineer 19.1 software is used. The results of selected sections and selected load combinations are verified by method of replacement beams. Internal forces on the staircase are calculated by method of replacement beams.
